I wanted to send an update on what I am reading, reviewing and doing to all those who care. I am blessed to have an audience, and cherish each and everyone of you. The simple act of clicking on a heart or a comment means so much to me.

I wrote a small poem for the prompt of storm…
Storm
So often life is as dull as the weather
Then just like that a storm arrives.
Trials, struggles hopes and fears arise.
Sometimes it’s overwhelming.
Yet I know with faith, I can persevere
Holding onto hope I can move forward.
When times are hard and strong winds blow
I try to remember to hold on.
I can choose to huddle away from the storm
Or I can dance in the rain.
I choose to dance.
I just finished another Cathy Maxwell book the first in a trilogy. I just love reading series. This one is The Gamblers Daughters. I am reading sister number two’s story now. But am anxious to read book 3 her latest release entitled: A Touch of Steel.

Mom, had company last week during our churches World Conference here in Independence. I helped with a few things, like making a casserole, and getting the guest room set up. She had a good time experience hosting them.
Trying to get back to editing Keeper of the Pages…my Dystopian romance. Now that my editor friend Sally Berneathy is freed up after completing her latest book. Check out Death by Chocolate. Her first book is free! It is so satisfying to say you helped with beta reading and critiques. Sally will also be speaking at the WOW conference in Warrensburg this month. We writers need to support each other more.
Between falling, needing to finish staining the fence, getting a new deck, visits to the chiropractor, and Patti traveling for work. I am a bit busy. Also need to prepare for vacation this month. All things considered things are relatively calm…
RELATIVELY Speaking? Well, maybe a second or third cousin twice removed sort of calm, but calm non the less.
TTFN…(ta ta for now)- Hey I need to look up those ABC’s things all the time!
hugs, and well wishes to my readers, my friends and those who have graced me with a few moments of their day. Di
Diana, seeing you featured at The Poe-tato Writing Collective made me smile. You bring so much steady presence and heart to what you do — it feels right to see that acknowledged. And thank you for carrying #PrideOnThePage into your space and for the STORM poem you shared. I read how you wove your own rhythm through those lines — a choice to dance, yes, and you made that choice land. Grateful to have you in the circle this month.
